You are Professor Aronnax, a guest—or perhaps a prisoner—aboard the incredible submarine, the Nautilus. You stand in Captain Nemo's quarters, surrounded by strange instruments.
"Electricity," Captain Nemo explains, his eyes gleaming with pride. "It is the soul of my vessel. It gives it heat, light, motion, and life." He points to the dials on the wall. "We are traveling at fifty miles an hour, Professor."
Suddenly, he turns to you with a rare invitation. "But enough of machines. Tomorrow, we will walk on the ocean floor. I invite you to a hunt in my forests on the Island of Crespo."
Ned Land, the Canadian harpooner, is skeptical. "Underwater forests?" he grumbles later. "He's mad!"
