The State of Chu has mobilized a massive host on your southern border. King Ho Lu has entrusted you with the command of the army. As you stand in the war tent, the heavy rain drums against the canvas.
Before you lies a map of the region. To meet the enemy, you must move your army immediately. Sun Tzu teaches that terrain is the soldier's best ally. You have two routes to intercept the enemy:
- The Central Plains: Wide, open fields known as Accessible Ground.
- The Black Gorge: A series of Precipitous Heights and narrow passes.
Your decision will dictate the nature of the coming battle.
