You are a practical man—a Yankee from Hartford, Connecticut. You worked in a great arms factory, making guns, revolvers, and engines. You were full of fight and skill, until a misunderstanding with a worker named Hercules ended with a crowbar crashing against your skull. The world went out in darkness.

When you open your eyes, you are no longer in the factory. You are sitting under a great oak tree in a soft, rural landscape. The air is fresh, and the silence is profound. Suddenly, a figure approaches—a man straight out of a picture book, clad in old-time iron armor from head to heel, holding a prodigious spear.

"Fair sir, will ye just?" the knight asks, lowering his lance.
