Eeyore the old grey donkey stood by the side of the stream. He looked at his reflection in the water and sighed a long, sad sigh.
"Pathetic," he said to himself. "Nobody minds. Nobody cares."
Just then, Winnie-the-Pooh walked out of the bushes. He saw his friend looking very sad indeed.
